Description
This is a little something I did for the Stonemason contest a while back. After seeing all the awesome stuff everyone else was doing, I felt like my work was barely passable. There were a cople of great folks there that told me to keep at it. I might just win one of the smaller prizes..... oh well. They helped to inspire me to carry on. So this is a little tribute to them for giving me that kick in the pants to keep doing my art for my enjoyment.
So here it is. My little bit of inspiration. Whenever you think your work doesn't compare to someone elses or they don't like your work, it shouldn't matter. The art is for you. To be able to express yourself is a wonderful gift to share.
The reason I chose this background is the beauty of nature and how calming it has always been for me. The drawing pad and the canvas are just some of the art I like to do. And the cup of tea is a reminder of my days enjoying a cup of tea with my grandmother. She was a great influence in my artist history.

This really caught my eye because when I was growing up, my Dad always told us if we went outside we would definitely find something to spark our imaginations, and, he was right! I really agree with you art comments as well. No one likes everything, but you never know what someone will like or what you'll get out of creating it. Excellent work!
