He was supposed to be in the dark, but I just can't do totally dark, because I've seen images where dark was used and people thought it was too dark. sigh So I had to lighten the room up some in my post work. Thanks for your comments!

The lighting looks fine. I understand exactly what you mean about having wanted to make it darker but this does the trick just as good. Great composition here. That's not one of my normal compliments but as time passes it seems there are so few willing to go through the trouble of building a scene that tells a story as well as or complimenting words. You've always had that eye for detail. Bravo my friend!
Now isn't this just the most amazing little scene I have had the pleasure to view tonight. At first glance you almost miss all the little details in your work like the beautiful lighting job through the shutters and the smoke trails. Very nice one !

Totally cool! You know what I really like is the little details, the light from the monitor on the keyboard and the little wisps of smoke from the ashtray. They really add depth. Nice light work with the blinds, too. The whole atmosphere captures your story. Yay, the old Mercedes is back! giggle I'm in class right now, using the school computer to check out Rendo! I'm a bad girl. :)
