Description
The war had gone on for centuries.
Nobody new the reasons.
It was carried on by the machines
Who worked endlessly to carry on
their last instructions by their
creators who were no more.
All sentient life forms that had
A propensity for violence had been
Used up in sector 14.
Another source to keep the war going
was needed to aquired.
Branching out into an adjacent sector they
Had found a small planet with
A race that was extremely violent.
They had been that way for thousands
Of years. Killing each other with wild
Abandon and the flimsiest of reasons
They were a very promising
Species and if the test were
Positive they would have another
Source of manpower for the cause.
(Makes you wonder about a planet that celebrates
all new births as precious and makes war and
and killing a top priority of its governments
even if they dont say so publicly)
