Description
A wooden roller coaster, caught this in my travels last spring. Watch out for that first dip; it'll take your breath away, and make your tummy twirl!! You'll also laugh out loud, feel like a kid and grin from ear to ear as you get off!!

Yep!!! Nothing like a good old-fashioned wooden roller coaster ride. Hearing all of those boards creak as it's passing by at horrendous speeds. Those new ones, like at Hershey Park, here, just can't give you the same excitement...they damn near kill ya,...lol
great image!
Very cool. I like your image. 5+.
Oh! the old wooden rolly-coasters (using southern-speak)are just the most thrilling things. I love how you got the wood feeling here and the excitement even in a still shot of it.
super capture
An exceptional POV and almost an abstract look here Marilyn, great fun places, brings back thoughts of Blackpool UK. Bravo! great title lol
Clackity Clack...ohhh i love the sound of old wooden coasters! great capture Marilyn!
Holy Crap, Man! Not gettin' ME on that thing! Yikes! Great shot, though. Whew!
Obviously, this is a real safe and sturdy trustworthy structure, Marilyn. Yeah, like I'm getting on that thing (NOT). Amazing what you can do with little pieces of balsa wood. We can play Pick-Up-Sticks afterward. Anyway, love the clarity and silhouette contrast against the sky, my dear.
hear these are the best. I get movement sickness on them so i can not ride them
Wonderful capture! I can't ride coasters, unless I keep my eyes closed tight...and I don't enjoy them, so I'll have to let other people laugh out loud on this! But the geometry here is wonderful!
Used to like these things a lot....this has got to be an old one...
Never rode one of these. Must be fun.... Aloha
Nice shot. when I was young that would have been fun now it would make me puke haha.
A great abstracty shot, but I've never liked this sort of ride!!
Boy they don't make them like that any more...wonderful capture
i`m too old for this now lol :o)..excellent mick
lovely colors and POV...great shot!
WOW! Love the colors!!
