Nikon 7900 pocket camera - hand held images.
To finish off this week of moth images, I have this group I have recently found near a hallway light. I managed to ID (with the help of BugGuide.com) all but one of them.
Next week has a theme but I think I will see who first figures out what it is, lol.
Thanks to those who take the time to comment.

nice collage on moths...
--eine wunderbare Studie mit hervorragenden Fotos !!!!!
I love that Hebrew Moth. They are all spectacular but that one really stands out for me. I would be nervous about leaving a light on for the bugs to find...The last time I sat by a lantern after dark I was pelted by hard-shelled, frantic beetles!
The unnamed one has a little face on his back, quite peculiar! I particularly like the Owlet Moth, very beautiful.
Excellent series Lee! Well done
Great compilation, my friend.
Great colection
I agree with Andrea regarding the face Lee, it has a ghostlike appearance to me. I tell the wife and daughter not to leave the light on, on the upstairs landing when the window is open, they have a habit of ignoring me though. Then they both go frantic yelling at me to get rid of the moths that have followed the light. I guess I could set some sort of trap up so that I can photograph them before evicting them out of the house. I will have to look on your bug guide, I think I saw a section with equipment in it. A superb collage, some very interesting little critters. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
