Hope she finds water soon. Sweet render!
Excellent image
I like the general mood of this image. Regarding the light, it's very notorious the shadow of the secondary light that you used to iluminate the front of the girl. That looks strange, it's almost as if there's two suns. I think it would be more realistic if, instead of a secondary light, you would use the "sky dome lighting gain", in the Light tab of the atmosphere settings. That's what I normally use to make the shadows "richer". But if you really want to use a secondary light, IMO you should make it less strong and you should disable the shadows. Another thing, regarding the secondary light: it seems you used a spotlight because it's visible on the bottom right a darker area, where the light ends. For secondary lights, if you really want to use them, it's normally preferible to use directional lights. In this case, the intensity of the light is adjusted by the color of the light (the darker it is, the less intense it is). Regarding the seagulls, their wings look really strange. If you look in the freestuff area of Renderosity and search for seagull, you'll find a good free model, better than this one, IMO. I hope you're ok with this comments, my only intention is to try to help a bit. :-)
Thanks Rutra for your comments No I certainly don't mind your comments I render by luck mainly LOL!!! any input is good!! thanks for the info on the seagull will check it out.
