provocative to see this man looking quizzically in front of him, while this powerful cityscape looms behind him, doused in late day hues and feeling almost like a street from di Chirico. There are even some lights (I think) in this dark street, shining all alone; and the facades have lots of mysterious dark detail. And your sky is jaundiced and makes the piece feel like it's under some edict of doom. Very evocative, strong use of colors for emotions; and your city facades are rendered with great care and fine detail, even as they recede into the dark...
