Description
This is the actual status of the moss development - on the log and on the ground (looks a bit like grass, I know - but why not).
Log is from Tablesaw, rest of the vegetation is Incredibly Lush, House is Cornucopia3D, bench from RDNA (an old item).

It looks better on the (very large!!) log than on the ground. Be interesting to see how it looks on a roof. We get lots of moss on our roof!

Looks pretty realistic to me. I have a section of my back yard that gets mossy in winter and that's bout how it looks on the ground. Some shorter grass as well as that large clump would help with scale.
I agree with Gill that it looks better on the log somehow. I think this is something that has to be used 'in the right place' and there it will shine !! For example on rocks, logs, objects, sparsely between grass, etc...

I love moss and I love your moss. My favorite moss is the shorter, denser, deep green kind that sometimes sprouts taller yellow stems. Anyway, your moss looks very realistic, nice work!

It looks like moss to me, not grass like you say! A lot of our mosses around here get tall indeed. I grew some in a terrarium once and it looked like a wheat field LOL! Fantastic work Walther!
I think it looks more like a cross between grass and moss which is perfectly cool. Maybe make a range of these objects with sone being very thin and flat and some being more grass-like. I really love the idea - much needed in the Vue world.
