Description
When I say quad I mean the New York Central mainline from Chicago to New York. I rode on that roadbed when I was under one so don't expect vivid voluminous description. Observation is all that is expressed. I contemplated the whole thing on the second floor in Boston. It's a pretty clear memory only blurred a bit by a Suburban red car at Perris Trolley museum in 1977.

must have taken some time to model the wheel structure. I recall a movie shot in SF and a trolley car out of control had a spectacular wreck flipping and rolling while taking out many cars and a building.when it finally stops, the engineer walks around inspecting the damage, like anyone could possibly survive. only in Hollywood
