The faces in my dreams
Are tugging at my soul
I have been gone so long
I’m not even sure
How to get home
It’s been a long, long time
Since I felt the winter wind
Touching my face
Or seen the brightest stars in heaven
Sitting from my roof top
All of my best friends
Are now old friends
When I say hi
It’s just not the same
All of the years gone bye
Has made us familiar strangers
They are all yesterday friends
And yesterday is long gone
But with time
And a humble out stretched hand
I hope one day they will become
My brand new
Best friends
Once again

Sweet words, Randy, been missin your writing.
Excellent We have a bridge like this but no arch over it... It is considered a historical landmark...makes me dizzy when I walk on it.. People walk on it every day to get back and forth to town...
