Description
This was another shot near the Cliff House in San Francisco--not far from the gulls. All kinds of birds hangin out here, more gulls, pelicans, and I don't know what else. The white stuff, well, it is NOT snow!!!

this is super. lot of birds
Neat textures in this super shot of the myriad of birds habitating the sharply sloped surface, Marilyn. And I think I know what the white stuff is.
excellent!
Wow, a lot of birds, they really know how to decorate, lol!
Cormorants? Kites? Albatross? Great shot, whatever they are!
Looks like anhingas! One of the more amazing sea birds in this area. Fabulous find and capture.
LOL @ not snow! It offers an excellent opportunity for bird photography, like this one.
They sure painted this slab of rock over the years..... Aloha
i bet there was quite some noise from this lot .excellent capture marilyn :o) mick
WOW so many of them !!! fabulous capture!!!!
At first, I thought it was snow, as well...could it be the salty sea spray builing up on the rocks? Can't wait to see photos from your boat ride over to Alcatraz...hint, hint!!! And you have to take 'the' classic shot of the Golden Gate Bridge, as well.
Superb POV Marilyn!
i hope they dont fall off ... ;0)
I haven't a clue what the white stuff is Marilyn, has somebody dumped a load of white flour? or has the ice cream man had an accident? #;0) Excellent capture of the different birds, it must be a good spot for fish is all I can say. Bravo!!!!!
Superb!
