what a powerful image, Hanna: not only for the main image itself, but for all the textures you create around it. It almost feels like an old daguerreotype or old etching, as if it were a relic reminding us that we could become a relic too, if we don't turn things around. The image of the earth with that huge leaf around it feels very loving but also 'warning': The leaf both protects & shadows over the earth, like it's giving a warning; and the landscape below feels primal, almost biblical: I see plants in it, but also what appears to be swords, like some ancient battalion is fighting for the earth...An apocalyptic vision with a sense of warning & hope & love. You must've worked in several mediums in your life, because they seem to pour out in your gallery. Another fine piece. I'll be back for more, that's for sure...
