Description
On the occasion of another Farnborough Air Show I will make a couple of observations. The Gulfstream 550 has a range that is absolutely amazing compared to a DC-9-10 with essentially the same configuration. The Predator UAV has a endurance that is amazing compared to a Cessna "Birddog". Other than that in the spirit of the Defence White Paper I am pleased to be preparing to retire from the builder and developer of the Bomarc, Minuteman and the first stage of the Appollo Saturn V. I like pictures of airplanes landing successfully. That's what this image is.

hmmmm yeah! look fantastic! Splendid work and model
You did very nice work! EXT pic!
they say the most dangerous time for aircraft is during takeoff and landing.your two birds made it home
Most excellent work here Dale :o)
wow. the far plane sure hit the runway on the peg, and had his chute deployed lickety split!!! that's one hell of a pilot. GREAT RENDER!!
allways a relief... the jet looks spot on.
My oldest son would love these he has been a lover of planes al his life served in the air force *my only american son)) and now works at our large LAX and was sitting with a pilot himself at the age of four ,so I must show him your great models when he comes to visit:bravo!~
'Squash bombers'! Did'nt even know there were models of them!

Wonderful work !
yes freedom rings with a bang on these...nice render and scene!
real cool looking
Great render of the 'Thud'. One of my all-time favorites. Used to watch them take off and land in Korat RTAF and an occassional damaged one land at DaNangAB!!!!
oh yeah...had a book about the Thud once, over Vietnam. Was incredibly heavy for it's day, but could take a lot of punishment. Keep 'em coming.
Always liked the Republic F-105 Thunderchief, which served in Vietnam, and here we have a great concept depicting two of them landing on strips with their ribbon chutes deployed.
There are two things that do a pilot no good. Runway behind you and airspace above you. "Thud" the sound of speed on the deck.
I think the best part of being at Farnborough air show, is that your this close to the runway. Oh and of course, the bacon on a bun was really good too. Sweet render and landing, nice work once again!
Splendid render!!! Xcellent work!!!
Cool looing aircraft my friend ... Farnborough Air Show, I used to go there when I was a nipper, had heaps of fun. Tony :-)
So cool!! Splendid work!!!
Love the shine on these babies ~ God bless America
This is very nice. I like the slick, clean look you have achieved with this, my friend.
Love the old "Thud." I built at least two models of this fine fighter-bomber when I was a kid. Cool landing image.
Fabulous composition image, wonderful work...
Nice work on this pair of F-105's. Would be good to see some of these old warplanes on display at Farnborough one day.
