Description
Here's another poppy from my garden. It's growing in the same pot with a pea plant, which is why you see tendrils and pea leaves, not to mention that little white flower in the background! They're just being neighborly - they're not part of the poppy.
Sneak factor = ZERO (of course - it's MY garden!)
..........
I'm going to be taking a bit of a Renderosity break for a little while, so don't be alarmed if you don't see me around! I'm hoping to get in some "lurking" time, but I doubt I'll be posting or making comments. (And I'm not going to try to catch up when I get back ... that sort of defeats the purpose!)
All is well ... I just wanted to mention it so you don't worry! :)

I, among others, will miss your beautiful photographs and your sense of humor. This is a beautiful picture and will be a good picture for us to hold on to until you return. Take your time, but hurry back. :>)
Nice, I have sweet peas in my back yard and love all the different colors as they bloom.
Great combination here, sweet colors~~they must be beautiful!!
Ouch! I'm already worried! Your wonderful postings, narrative, and kind, sage comments will be sorely missed on RR while you're away. But I digress. The capture above is superlative in all aspects of macro photography, my dear! Love those textures!

Wonderful, startling pink explodes out of the green! This is marvelous! Sorry you won't be around for a while, but make it a short while, huh, or we'll all be moody!
Beautiful flower...
Amazing capture!!!! :o)
The main flower is so captivating, one hardly sees the white pea hovering in the background. Excellent detail. Good luck and I hope you take a well deserved break.
Really pretty flower. Nice focus and great color.
Popeye and Sweet Pee together at last..... Aloha
I have always loved the crape paper look of poppies and your capture accents that so very well here. The pea bloom is delicate next to the bouncy, flouncy look of the poppy.
excellent shot.
