Description
OK - not a very original title I know. I'm not wearing my creative hat tonight!!! lol...
I have no idea what bird this is - I guess some species of duck. Danny or anyone else, I would be grateful if you could identify it!! I shot the image of this rather handsome fellow at the birdpark close to my house.
Thank you for visiting and for your valued comments on this image as well as my previous upload.
Hugs, Carin xx

Beautiful shot, well presented, Carin !
Excellent capture!!!! Looks like a goose to me? :o)
Interesting bird and you've captured it perfectly. I like the presentation too. I've never seen an orange-colored duck (or goose ?) before.
...das Federvieh sieht cool aus! Irgendwie unwirklich.... Wunderbare Aufnahme - vielleicht kennt jemand diese Ente???

Ha! White faced duck? (Kopereend) maybe, I have no closer guess. I can relate to the lesser creative days, good luck!
Gorgeous shot Carin! Really unusual coloring, and I think it must be in the duck family somewhere! Lol at Bruce (dinner) Countdown is really closing fast now, so exciting for all of us too!!! xoxo
Lovely shot and postwork!
Beautiful. Lovely colors in this photo!
No idea what kind of duck this is, but he must be getting his fill of protein ....nice shinny feathers ... LOL. Excellent capture!
Wonderful capture.
Seems to me this duck may already have been marinaded in orange sauce - hence the color... In any case, you have completed a fine shot if it. Excellent postwork as well.
super foto etwas überbelichtet dadurch wirkt es ein wenig künstlich
A wonderful portrait, great!!
an excellent capture of this beautiful bird Carin.
Be kind to your web-footed friends, for a duck may be somebody's mother. Superlative clarity and color blends in this marvelous composition, Carin! In reading about Zimbabwe today, I found that the average life expectancy in the country in only 36-years. And the author fervently wants Robert Mugabwe to be ousted for the nation to be productive and free of corruption and chaos.
Nice capture!
