Description
I think it's time to go travelling again and tonight and there is no better place to start than Rome. For all you photographers Italy has to be on the "Must see before you die" list (and for everyone else as well). I was blown away by the history that surrounds you when in Rome. So much of it is still in use but it's places like this and the Colloseum that are the icing on a fabulous cake.
Once you have seen Rome then there is Venice, Florence, Pisae and so so many more places to visit.
For photographers like me there is no better time than in the rain to visit these sights as it clears the crowds beautifully hehe. Just set up, wait for a break and press the button.

Roma la citta bella! Isn't Rome incredible. Your pictures takes me right back. My favorite time at the forum is at dawn. It's just you and the city and time seems to melt away as you stand there looking down on the past. And if you are lucky the ghosts of the ancients seem to drift through the ruins. This is just a wonderful picture.
