Description
I shot this in April at the Port of Edmonds. I had to keep getting in and out of the car in order to avoid rain showers. Every time it quit raining for a few minutes I jumped out and started taking pictures of everything in sight!

Gorgeous! Every detail is wonderful, and the size of the tiny daffodil tells me that either you have a fabulous zoom on your camera, or you squashed 3 dozen tulips by lying on them to get this shot! (Howzat for being knowledgeable about focus?) LOL Lovely shot!
no pain no gain .... ;)
A luscious selection of turkish delight pinks! Yummy pic!
wunderbare Aufnahme von diesen rosaroten Tulpen! Der Regen hat sein Übriges dazu getan! Sehr, sehr schön!!!
Oh Tara, this composition is splendid! Colors, light and little drops are superb!
I can just see you doing all this, in and out of the car, waiting for that perfect shot, which you got, btw~~these are just wonderful, sparkly, shiny and perfectly pink!!

One of the grand secrets to success with these is light. And you master it always. Excellent shot / great angle!

This is superb!!! Your photos are always so outstanding. ;o)
It looks like it was one of those rain one minute sun the next and you got it just at the right time for the sun to kiss the tulips. Beautiful with the rain drops.

Refreshing image!! Love the colors and light!! Excellent work my friend!
A happy little grouping of lovely, feel-good tulips. Wonderful.
Nice shot. I adore tulips!
Two lips pressed together! Or is that tulips pressed together? Super duper POV, contrasts, color blends of pink and side lighting on display in this remarkable capture, my dear friend. And, I won't even comment on your aversion of taking photos in the rain.
That is the perkiest bunch of tulips I've ever seen! Wonderful capture, well worth all your efforts!
A nice refreshing image.
Lovely shot my dear...Excellent colors!!! :)
yes, but that was well worth it because the raindrops on the tulips make it an extra special shot! Excellent persistence and results!!!!!!
I tried the same trick last month Tara, but after a week in the car I gave up and went home. British weather!&^%???. #;0) Excellent capture, a wonderful moment after a downpour, as the clouds open up for a brief period, there is nothing quite like it for lighting, a magical time I think. This perfect shot just re-enforces my thoughts on this. Superb lighting and colour tones and the tulips make an excellent subject. Stunning work. Bravo!!!!!
Wonderful colors, light and fantastic details. Excellent and very beautiful shot!
