Description
My brother-in-law hired people to barbeque for his daughter's graduation party. They brought a unit that had a huge barbeque AND a griddle on it (not pictured). Then they brought in the unit pictured here which they affectionately call "The Torpedo". It was used to roast a whole pig. Finally, they towed in a refrigerator unit which is partially visible behind the torpedo. They welded the unit together themselves. I found out later that they have a duplicate of these three units so that they can do 2 parties in one day! Overall, it was an impressive operation! Enjoy!

Now that is one heck of a barbeque grill!
Interesting caterer. Looks like pure luck they didn't have a flat tire on the way over. Hope you enjoyed the wedding!
I think I'd rather use my kitchen!! very interesting!
Boy would I like some b-b-qed ribs done in this thing. What an impressive cooking set up they have.
Wow!!! What came to mind is the line from an old movie: "That's not a knife, now THIS is a KNIFE!" I can just see them looking at my 12-inch circular grill and saying "That's not a grill, Now THIS..." That's a truly great photo. Hats off to the guys who built that thing, and to the guy who photographed it!
Well...I've GOT to get me one of these! Fabulous info shot. Not to get out the yellow pages...:-)
Yikes! These guys are serious! At first I thought you took this picture on a trip to Texas. Great shot!
