Description
I see a face on the left side and there appears to be a small wing on his temple so----
Hermes
He protects and takes care of all the travelers and thieves that pray to him or cross his path. He is the messenger of the gods and does his job very well. He is athletic and is always looking out for runners, or any athletes with injuries who need his help.
Hermes' epithet Argeiphontes (Latin Argicida), or Argus-slayer, recalls his slaying of the many-eyed giant Argus Panoptes, who was watching over the heifer-nymph Io in the sanctuary of Queen Hera herself in Argos. Putting Argus to sleep, Hermes used a spell to permanently close all of Argus's eyes and then slew the giant. Argus's eyes were then put into the tail of the peacock, symbol of the goddess Hera

OMGGG I see it!!!!! This is really amazing.. it's Hermes for sure! BTW.. that's one of Herme's legends that I like the most!!! Wonderful picture!
Spectacular view. Nature always is new. Excells, Richard!!
I can see the face but I'm not sure he is going to protect the runners today as it looks like rain coming. Very impressive clouds.
I just love this shot. Feel like I want to jump unto the cloud and just relax on it. Splendid capture!!!!
Great capture Richard. If you fly nowadays they all (airlines and military)carefully avoid these monsters. In the 60s they used to fly through them (military) and more often than not come out on the other side banged up!
This is totally awesome. What luck to have captured this wonderful cloud formation. Excellent shot!!!!
Holly PiPe ;-) Big and clean cumulus...here no clouds around 100% clear ;-)
Very imaginative and well seen (and described). beautiful photo.
When I first looked at the clouds without even looking at the title and comments, I saw the face right away. There are more than one face too. Good eye and an excellent capture. Aloha
