Description
Here is the strangest thing I have seen in the wild. It is a foxglove gone rabid I guess...Honestly I intend to try to transplant this flower or at least preserve the blossom somehow other than photo. Any ideas? Thanks -GB-

Beautiful images! :)
Wow, I see what you mean. It's amazing when I realized what you are trying to tell us.
Beautiful flower....
What a beautiful flower - great shot!
BEAUTIFUL!
I googled on "mutant foxglove" and found a couple other examples of this. I'd never seen that before - it's way cool! Wonderful presentation. Don't bother transplanting this plant. Foxglove is a biennial which means once it's flowered, the plant will die. The best you can hope for is to collect seeds from this plant. (Did you mark it?) The seeds might not breed true, but if you want foxglove in your garden anyway, go gather seeds from this one! Your chances of seeing this sport mutation again will be much higher than with seeds from some random foxglove.
Outstanding flower I never seen before. Superb colours
Beautiful colors and details :)
Wow what a great capture, it's almost alien. Yep save the seeds.
fantastic, and quite beautiful!!
I've seen white ones, but never one with a bloom like that -- cool find!
beautiful .. maybe dry it ?
Very Nice
Extraordinary! Tara is right, only the seed will give you a chance. Mark that particular flower with coloured wool or whatever, It's a pretty plant even if you don't get a mutant! Such an interesting pic, thankyou!
Wonderful Work!!!
Lovely capture of a most stunningly unique flower species! I've heard of these myself, but havn't seen one quite like this! I love the speckled bit, superb colours too! An exquisite subject and capture! Thank you so much for sharing!
Wow that is amazing -- stunning captures and great composition! never saw such a pattern, although we had these, purple mostly and some white, but they didn't survive our winter.
Mother nature always pulls some surprises...hope you can get some seeds from this one...great collage..

Fantastic find. I have never seen any myself. But, I hope you can breed it from seed or something. Take lots of pictures just incase..... Aloha
