Description
This is part of my yard and garden, looking toward the new patio I built. I've changed things, moved things, replanted, and redone it all I don't know how many times. It's part of gardening~~never really done, always a work in progress and I LOVE it!! The cans on the left are for my compost; my son calls me the compost queen~~~guess my crown would be a bunch of woven weeds, with a few blossoms of something as the jewels!! Hmmm, now there's an idea........!!!!

So exciting, Marylin, to see your garden! I really like it, and your are so right about constant change, somebody said to me other day 'Haven't you FINISHED that garden yet?' HUH? What? So colourful, show us another angle. I want to see right round it!
You have some fantastic colors and textures in your garden.
what a wonderful yard and garden, great work Marylin.

Fantastic job! very nice work and photo!
Your garden is as fine and colorful as you are dear Marilyn! Stunning! :)
wonderfully informative!
Nice one! the crown, hmmmm....that could be really interesting!
Of course I look at that and think "pretty," and then immediately "raised beds - easier to maintain - good choice!" Thanks for showing your new patio and some of your garden in context. Your canna looks awesome!
I think you should also be the recycling Queen as well Marilyn, I would never have dreamed of using the old wheel barrow for planting. I am not a gardener but I like the way you have set this corner up, it looks like it's quite easy to maintain. Excellent set-up, and an excellent capture. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
a world where dreams come true thanks for the smile warm hug, Linda
Its a very colourful part of your garden, my kind of a garden, one that you can switch things round from time to time, excellent capture !
your hard work shows!!!! Gorgeous!
OMG, Marilyn, this is so, YOU! A lovely little corner, a Garden of Eden all to yourself, replete with neatly placed colorful flora, pots, vases, urns, chips, compost, et al. Nice healthy clump of canna plants to boot.
And a very nice result from your labors...all my vegies are in raised beds..thanks for sharing...
Our city gave away big compose bins that you put together for attending a class on how to compost. I did my class on line and then sent my daughter to pick up my bin from the city. I don't know what I did without it. Great shot and I can see how happy it must make you.
Very colorful garden/yard..... Aloha
got a wonderful place. best place to be at is home
My Dad had a box with a slot at the bottom so he didn't open the box except to add and the oldest stuff, ( more decomposed), got used first. What a lovely and welcoming place. Like PJ's an invitation!
