A wasps nest which I encountered today. For the record: I did not have much zoom....but the wasps behaved perfectly :-)

WOW! And a huge one. Beautiful captured. We had such one in our hut 2 years ago and I also too shot of it. Isnt it fantastic, that they can build such things? Well, I was not as close to the nest as this one LOL......only when the winter came and it was empty :)
A great view of this marvel of nature!
Your image is perfect.
ohh ouch, I have painful memories of my last encounter with one of these places, good pic, bet you had a zoom on !
Great capture but I would have kept a big distance !
You are lucky they were not interested in you. Well done!
Great find!!! Thanks for sharing!
Great courage and a great shot. I got stung on the eyelid once when I was younger, which is why you wouldn't get me within a mile of a wasps nest ;-) Painful memories, heh.
That would make me a little nervous to get that close, great shot:):):)
Tremendous strength...that's what you have! Stunning shot.
Excellent capture.
Exceptional!
well done!
You are a braver man than I, and great shot by the way.
