They are so gorgeous Christo, but I am yet to take a half decent image of one!!! I just find them so busy and very difficult to photograph!!!! Well done! :)

Wow! I wish our European Starlings were that colour Christo ours are predominately black with white flecks in them, and they fly around here in their thousands. One of my neighbours has a wide open bird table and they flock to their garden like crazy at times. I have enclosed feeders that they find hard to get into so I have the Sparrows and Blue-tits, saying that there has not been many Blue-tits this year. Excellent capture of this beauty, the blue is very intense as Sig has said, the dark face makes the eye really stand out as well. Superb work my friend. Bravo!!!!!
