Description
The rare North American Rock Shop Frog. Thanks, Wendy, and Happy Birthday (why the fuck would you buy me a present on your birthday?)!
Postwork: soft light layer, clone-tooled out some glare on the rock.

Great perspective and depth...and I like the cascade of various greens. :o)
Great use of color erland
What a gorgeous piece of malachite! Beautiful. Nice POV on this guy!
That frog looks great in your pond.
well if auntietk says it's malachite, I'll take her word for it. It's the kind of photographic 'joke' that maybe photographers will enjoy the most, but I found it funny and sensuous at the same time. The pun of an art-piece-frog looking out over a green background is detectable enough; but it's a nice shot of the swirls of the piece, emerging like a sumptuous spill into the frame. Simple but very catching. If anyone should take this shot, it's you: You earned your cred with the frog community, they should give you a pass on the fake...I really like this.
Ah, sorry for the "stony" silence...I missed this one the first time around. I'm honored. Glad you like the Malachite frog, he looks beautiful here. wendy
