Description
Hello! I'm back.... LOL. I survived the Big BBQ in over 100F weather! I stood at the grill cooking shish-kabobs for about 40 people :) Thank God for my Mom, Sister-in-law and Mother-in-law who made sure the rest of the food was on the tables and kept the kitchen running! Everything was delicious and a success... except I was tooooo busy to take many photos :( I did get a few of the family. But no BBQ shots to share...
I hope you like this shot. I took it a while back, and have been saving it because I wasn't sure about the framing.
I have so many photos I have taken the past month or two, and haven't had time to really look at them. I am hoping to get at them soon!
I'll try to catch up with you all, little by little. I will still be busy the next couple weeks because I committed myself to help out a friend by teaching a VBS (vacation bible school) class... I couldn't say no.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great Tuesday.
My two previous uploads, "In Memory of Valerie Ducom" and "Spring Color".
Hugs,
~Melinda~

So cool!! Excellent render!!!
simple and abstract looing
A great image!
splendid !!!
Beautiful artwork! You've chosen to display the true core and the centre beauty of such a wonderful living species. It truly is like a heart, the centre of something ever so lovely! I love the framing and the colours that you've chosen... truly brings it out, and contrasts ever so perfectly with the white! Glad to have you back! :)
Ah yes, the heat is back again in Southern California. Throw another camera on the barbey, mate! The gorgeous pistil figuratively and almost literally explodes out of this shot, Melinda! Great contrast against the white background and it appears to have an offset shadow.
great
