The final moments of the last real engagement of the war we now refer to as "Humanity's First Interstellar War" were especially ugly. A transport carrying passengers (mostly VIP's and the like) has been hit and is in its final death-throes as it tumbles out of control surrounded by fire. The remaining combatants are now doing their best to tear each other apart. The two relatively unscathed ships withdrew shortly after this moment, both shaken by the destruction that took only minutes to occur. --------- Last in the series of the ugly-engagement. These ships were modeled and rendered in Bryce, The background stars, planets, and explosion effects were all done in Photoshop, as was the compositing. Thanks for taking a look, and comments/criticisms are always welcome. I may be away for a bit as I'm working to finish up my new costume for the upcoming Renaissance Festival season...
