Description
These are common in much of Australia. This one is near the mine I work at but our highways are bursting with them. They usually have only 3 trailers but fuel trucks often have 4. Overtaking them is something you do at great risk as they can be very long and snake around a bit. I think 54 metres is the length limit for the 3 trailer ones.

Wonderful photo.
Splendid shot! ( but I prefer grasshoppers!)
lol at Andrea's comment!!! Wow - that is a long puppy to try and pass on a road. You have captured this so well! Great action shot in good light Martin! :)
great image!
I like how the trailers disappear in the dust. Very nice lightning too.
Powerful shot!! great scene...
Fabulous capture!
Wow that's amazing they can have a truck that long on the highways. Love all the dust it's kicking up. Great captures of that.
Coming right at me !!!! :-) I can almost feel it rushing by. Good action here.
Great shot Martin!
A very impressing snapshot! The dust is great and shows the dynamic very well. And your information is very interesting, Martin!
awesome shot! heading out west again myself soon to the QLD/NT border, some huge trucks indeed out that way
