nice sky and mirror...for the terrain try one of my DEM Files at my website (hope they are usefull 4 u). Your color variation are everytime wonderfull!
i can't get imported dem files to work. and i've got the for export only plugin installed. but what I get are not grey scale terrains, but rather squares with what look like black and white morie patterns on them. many many small, straight lines that overlap and look wierd and when i try to render them i get terrain that looks like giant wagon ruts.
