Description
The picture quality isn't as good with this upload but it was a very cloudy day, all my images were very dark. Also this was the first time that I had tried a RAW picture and to be honest I don't know if I'm converting correctly etc. I noticed there was lots of noise on the images and almost impossible to get rid.
All a learning process lol.
Anyhow this was uploaded today to give a better idea of how tall these are with two Yellow vans parked up close by.

My goodness! Is this ever sublime! The grandeur of this structure is amazing, and the colours you've captured of the entire scene and landscape are absolutely phenomenal! Very unique and interesting form... this is a superb composition!
Wow .... this thing is huge. There are a lot in Palm Springs, CA. in the desert, and I've seen them from far away, but never realized how gigantic they are! Awesome!!
Beautiful cature again Alan. I know, learning and learning until the end of times. Well done!
Very impressive, a well done snapshot, Alan, and a lucky moment with this trucks.... I love this windmills, when they are alone or in small rows. But we have here a point with windmills from horizon to horizon, it looks so badly....
thsis is the shot that shows just how big these things are .they look tiny from a distance .like the use of the vans alan .excellent capture mate :o) mick
Great shot - my sons loves this as well (he's 4 and loves "windmills hehe") xx
Impressive size and obnoxious purr for the neighbours to those wind farms at times! Very nice capture!
Wow I see what you mean by the size, I hadn't realized how big they were, great capture, hugs Jane xx

I have never seen one of these in real, dear Alan. It is huge. A wonderful capture. Hope you are okay. Hugs. Di. xx
Oh yes! this is very huge! Great capture Alan :o)
Oh yes, that is indeed HUGE :))) Beautiful shot.
This sure does show a sense of size, they are huge constructions aren't they. I stood by one once as was absolutely drawfed by it. Tony :-)
Marvelous shot, THE FUTURE GREEN EBERGY ;-)
These things are all over North Wales too. Personally I don't like 'em and they're not as efficient as they want us to believe :(
