For the older crowd here LOL that doesn’t know Tim McGraw here is a little blast from the past… Sing along Ronnie, and Jeff NO this is not a GREEN barn, not sure I have ever seen a green barn, but when I do, I will post it just for you! If its out there I will find it don’t you worry.
"Green Green Grass Of Home" The old home town looks the same as I step down from the train, and there to meet me is my Mama and Papa. Down the road I look and there runs Mary hair of gold and lips like cherries. It's good to touch the green, green grass of home. Yes, they'll all come to meet me, arms reaching, smiling sweetly. It's good to touch the green, green grass of home. The old house is still standing tho' the paint is cracked and dry, and there's that old oak tree I used to play on. Down the lane I walk with my sweet Mary, hair of gold and lips like cherries. It's good to touch the green, green grass of home. Yes, they'll all come to meet me, arms reaching, smiling sweetly. It's good to touch the green, green grass of home. Then I awake and look around me, at four grey wall surround me and I realize that I was only dreaming. For there's a guard and there's a sad old padre - arm in arm we'll walk at daybreak. Again I touch the green, green grass of home. Yes, they'll all come to see me in the shade of that old oak tree as they lay me neath the green, green grass of home.

excellent capture of this rustic old barn.
This ain't too bad, could do with a little TLC though, get some coal tar based creosote slapped on there the wood would have a new lease of life, I miss the smell of that stuff you know, the water based is just not the same. I used to have a ten gallon drum of the stuff and kept it topped up with old engine oil. Used to slap it on the fence every year, it lasted a long time that wooden fence. Superb capture of this barn Lynell, I like this sort of shape as well. Bravo!!!!!

Wonderful shot... I love the quality of the color and the smoothness, beautiful composition, but that song (coming from this old timer) is a heck of a lot older than Tim McGraw. :) Very lovely work here, well done!!!
