Nice modelling and a wonderful render, has a great deal of realism, IMHO, I think it's the setting which makes this not look photoreal rather than your lighting and mats. That's if you were trying for that of course.

I have to agree with chrispoole. Your settings are overdone. Just play with them to get the desired effect. Otherwise great image.
