A lot more to do with it?? I don't see it, other than eyes and a texture! Your modeling always amazes me.
One of the things I enjoying doing while viewing your characters is voice casting. I pretend to cast some famous actor that would do justice to your character with the right voice. In this case, I'd suggest Ving Rhames. Excellent work!
