A druid offering jewels to the gods of Nature. She throws the offerings in a well leading to the house of the gods in the world underneath. It is purely fantasy once again... Druids used to throw the jewels and weapons of the captured enemies in the lakes to thank the gods to have made the victory possible. I wanted to make something close to religious believings but more personal. It is a fantasy world therefore... Since I did not want to use a simple water plane, I decided to model a celtic well with some decos. It is my first attempt at modelling something for a render because I generally give up what I try to model to just use what I find ready made... I hope that it is not too bad. I wanted an environment suggesting a deep forest just behind the place where the well is located. I used some oaks of course and if you look carefully, you can even see some mistletoe on the first oak tree near the left column (the yellow green plant). I had some trouble with the light because of the way the elements are placed. I like the reflections on the skirt; Kaleya's textures not being simple floodfills, the materials are always very subtly simulated. It does add more depth and realism to the scene and outfit. I feature here the very nice Unity set that was offered to me by Kaleya and PropsChick. I thank them for their marvelous gift. This render is for you both!
