Description

Sunday morning the phone rang, and it was Jill's neighbor. We had a new foal! (It's a boy!) So Jill and I went trotting over there, cameras in hand, and took pictures. The foal was only six hours old in these shots. Look at those long legs! It was a lot of fun to see this brand-new foal. He's quite coordinated, and had already figured out how to fold his legs underneath himself and lie on the ground without just falling over. The mare is a pretty special horse.
