Description
Summoned forth from the depths of hell to do his master's bidding. The chains are of little concern to the demon, for he could easily break them!
I am extremely happy with the way this image turned out! This was my first attempt at 100% postwork hair and cloth. The cloth painting wasn't so bad. My biggest challenge was preventing the demon from looking like an eunuch! LOL! But the hair! OMG!!! I cannot count how many times I had to scrap it and start over. By the time I was finished with the hair, I was so exhausted I *almost* gave in and used a filter for the fire. As I look upon the finished picture, I'm glad I didn't!

Fabulous! However many times you started over on the hair it was totally worth it because it looks fantastic. Combined with his eyes, it really carries the fire look up through the whole pic. The cloth is also excellent. Painting cloth is hard enough, but I can see what you mean about needing to include appropriate bulging for realism ;)
