Anybody know what these are i have never seen them before they were taken in a pond at one of our local country parks, quite bizzare little flowers.. Thank you for all your comments on my previous posts.. Take care and have a nice day.. Aled..

Very interesting capture. Glorious macro. Due to the hairy nature, it could be related to the water lilly pad type. We have a simular type in our small dam (I posted a pad with a small flower a couple of weeks back, however my flower only had 4 joined pettles,with similar hairy finish. (I didn't try a macro at the time)
