LOL, I Love that Clownhead balloon!!!
beautiful !
Wonderful capture! When I was moving from SF to Seattle we stopped the night in some small place in Oregon. I woke up early the next morning to take the dog out, and as I stepped outside the door I saw that we were directly across the (very small) street from a fairground, and there were dozens of balloons all lifting off, very like this photo of yours. There was some mist around the ground, and it was eerily silent, and I was devastated that I had no camera with me at that time to capture the sight! Lucky you to get this shot!
Nice balance of people and balloons! It isn't easy to get a peaceful look with balloon events, with all the pilots and crews scurrying in all directions with a lot of vehicles not nearly as nice a foreground as all these people in yours. In fact, I think this is the best shot of people at an event that I've ever seen. Great work!
I see them quite a bit out here, there is a place near me where you can take rides so they go over our house quite often. fun to watch!
Fantstic capture, love the colours and the POV xx
