Description
But is it? (A bee that is) I was snapping shots of the flowers and this critter flew into my shot. I thought it was a bee until I looked at the photo. I've not seen one of these before, maybe it's a kind of bee? Oh well, It looked pretty on my flower :0)
Life is busy at the moment. My daughter is gradutating from High School on Sunday, and this week is all the pre-graduation ceremonies, celebrations, hustle and bustle, etc. So, I may not be around much. I'll catch up when I can!
Thanks for stopping by...
My previous upload, "In Light and Shadow".
Have a beautiful day!

P.S. It finally cooled down here! It'll be about 80F today...

beautiful capture...
Cool shot. I think what you got a picture of is not a bee but a Hover Fly. At least thats my guess from this angle.
wow... the color is fantastic. beautiful capture
superb macro !!
My daughters played in two graduations this week,, so I know that busy feeling.. Congratulations to her and to MOM for getting her there. :)
Lovely!
Beautiful ;)
Gorgeous!
Wonderful capture! I love the color of the rose.
No, it's not a bee, but I don't know what it is. Whatever, it certainly is a pretty shot. The rose is a great color.
It's a disguised Alien!!! Ahhhhh run!!!
LMAO!!! hahahaha ahhh congrats on her for making it to Grad! and also fantastic shot :-) have a nice one!
I love it when this happens. The unexpected bug in the picture is like catching the brass ring on the Merry-Go-Round. A lovely shot.
Lovely soft capture of the hover fly atop the gorgeous red camellia, Melinda! Best of luck on your graduation stuff. Hurry back! And, besides cooling off, they're now talking about some rain and thundershowers.
Very beautiful picture!! Bee is very cute.
a busy bee indeed and a very cool shot
