This is an excellent portrait. The skin is clear and soft, the eyes bright and so is the smile. The extent of the blur in the background is great with no distraction to the subject. Now, aside from the outstanding work on this portrait, I have to say that Archie is very nice looking. He has a brightness that outshines your lighting, and it appears he also has an openness that I can see in his face. Those eyes really do sparkle and I believe maybe you are responsible for that in this shot...It's apparent he thinks the world of his Grandad.
