s lovely! I started such a project some time ago, but it wasnt coherent enough with other my projs to allow it to mature... Nice to see yours now! Great detail... Are you going to texture it?I'd like to, but my plan now is to solve this with shaders, but that is a new subject for me, I've always used the basic maya and mentalray materials. And thx!

Very high quality. Wow, all those complex rounded surfaces. It must have a zillion polygons (or nurbs). When textured I'd probably take a week to render. Great original design.
