Description
Here's another shot from Trent and David's house.
I have the best brother-in-law! David learned how to weld, and did some really wonderful art pieces. (He did this one metal silhouette cityscape where the windows were all cut out and it was backlit. Gorgeous stuff.) You can click here if you want to see David's portrait.
Anyway. David designed and built and welded this stair railing. He had help from a friend - it's a two-person job - but it was his project, start to finish, and I just love the way it turned out!
He has no idea I'm advertising his work, and he'll probably be really embarassed, but this was a really ambitious project, and he did a great job! I hope I've done it justice. It's quite elegant in person.
Natural light, btw - there's a huge window behind me.
