Description
I found new place to hike this weekend....Dupuis State Forest....22 thousand acres....Northern tip of the Everglades...and bonus it was a weekend and I only saw 5 people!!!! Mega gators tho and it's mating season so that might be why....I was taking pics of baby gators...keeping an eye on Mama gator...she was tolerant for spell but then decided enough was enough and she was fast....thought she was going to come outta water but PHEW!....she didn't....she calmed down when she got to shoreline...then she pretty posed for a closeup...I'll post close up tomorrow....did same thing with snake while back.....just talked real soft to her...telling her it's all good Mama Gator...don't bite ... probably taste bad HAHA!

you have more nerve that myself. a lady told me that she went on a tour of a swamp in Georgia and at a rest place there were many gators sunning their self.she told me several of the not so smart people was walking too close.luckily the gators were more interested in warming up
