Description
I took this in Salamanca in the south of Spain. There where dozens of semi wild cats living in that rock wall and fed by locals. This one was enjoying life to the full

Well, I guess it would enjoy itself...wouldn't you if you had waterfront property, a catering service that fed you, a lovely neighborhood nearby and plenty of rocks to sun on? LOL Fabulous shot with great composition!

a wonderful shot, it really makes me want to go there. from this angle there is too much of the breakwater in view, but to leave the cat out would have been a crime !

I think this is a very clever capture. The cat is the focus in a very important place in the composition. He seems to represent the 'here and now' and the 'ordinary' in the presence of all that history and grandeur of the past.
