Description
Captured 4/17/08, very early in the morning, in a mall about 1.2 miles/1.938 kilometers from my residence.
These femmes fatales, clad in their seductive sheer apparel, were standing behind a store window, so I thought I would get their attention by waving my arms and/or tapping on the window, but they chose to ignore me, instead posing frozen in the same stance. Talk about unfriendly! Okay, they're hot and sexy, but at least they could have given me a smile.
Plenty of postwork performed here to subdue the window reflections, which were quite vivid at that time of the bright and sunny morning.
That said, this is my first dalliance with the arcane world of collages, and I must give deep thanks to my good friend Tara (auntietk) for her explicit easy-to-follow instructions and gracious patience that enabled me to set out upon this alternate path of photo display.
I'm really not a collage adherent, but being an ancient guy with several thousands of photos to show, I will never get it done without posting multiple pictures on one upload. Can we say expediency out of necessity?
This will not be a daily thing, but at least you'll get to see more stuff more often.
Well worth zooming in on.
Have a splendid work week.

he he, I like very much these two window captures ! Well seen !
First of all, these are great shots! I love the amount of reflection you've left in. It's quite tantalizing to try and figure out what's behind you. The limited color pallet is attractive, and the background color you've chosen compliments it beautifully. The drop shadows add a bit of elegance to the collage, and are perfect with the subject matter. And of course you are most welcome for the lesson! I have to say, mi amigo querido, you have surpassed me with your first attempt. I don't know how to do drop shadows! :) So ... um ... if you've got some time ... maybe you could teach me how to do that?
Sure you find some neat stuff to play with...I mean capture. The window reflection actually highlights a most attractive part of the photo. Clever Harry and a good coop work with Tara.
Great shots, here, Harry, but yeah, sometimes these women can be just a bit standoffish!!!
Great shots and title. I like very much the presentation.
Excellent pics of these stuck-up tarts, Harry!! Tara taught me too, she's going to have a lot to answer for!
The one on the left has the kind of frizzey moused hair I call "gavel." The one on the right has the stiffer unruly mess that I call "unheeding." Both are carefully contrived. My terms are lost in the reflection. Then we come to the garments on the left of "open" and on the right of "what's not open?"
yes this works fine with the same subjects
Nice collage and nice capture and a wonderful write-up!
Very beautiful and very interesting.
