Early Morning Mood, a special Tulip variety -1-
Close to de Keukenhof a noticed 3 fields with very special Tulip varieties; Today the first one. I hope you like the presentation which shows you a little bit how this variety looks like in different stages and as a group in the field!!
It’s not my favorite hour to be in the fields, I’m an evening person, but I had to bring my wife’s auto to the garage for service and had a nice two and a half hour walk back home, a walk surrounded by blooming field with daffodils, hyacinths and a few tulips.
The walk was not the problem, I did not had to walk back to collect the car, but the garage bill at the end of the day ……… well I’m still alive!!!
Photo taken last Friday, the 11th of April, in the morning with only little bit sunlight due to the morning mist.
Thanks for your time viewing and commenting my photo’s, its highly appreciated.
Have a very nice day
Henk

That is very interesting, Henk, to see the different stages as it opens. Beautiful images, and excellent presentation!
Wow Henk - this is such a great idea of presenting. Excellent work on this one my friend and an exquisite variety of tulip. Well done!!! xx
Excellent presentation on this, Henk, and the flowers very interesting, too. The small picture in the lower right makes them look like a cross between a tulip and a daffodil.
at last they're blooming, looks like the ancient Turkisch original. Next saturday you will maybe seeing the riding flowershow (bloemencorso) Its a pitty, but I am unable to watch it. Wonderful shot Henk. RS
