Description
Hello to all my RR friends. I have been away for three days and are suffering from serious RR withdrawal symptoms! I will try my hardest to 'catch up' as quickly as possible.
This image was taken at sunset in the Kruger National Park in South Africa. I waited for quite a while for the sun to get low enough so it seems that it is being held in the 'arms' of the tree. This image tells me to always hold on to the 'light' and to never let go. Hope it will speak to you too.
No color manipulation has been done on PS. This is for real!
Thank you for visiting my gallery.
Hugs, Carin xx

gorgeous capture my friend and most beautiful sky color, excellent work !!
Amazing light, the right moment!!
The sun is amazing. Its rare to see it with no rays... the right atmospheric conditions have to be present (I am guessing) and you did a marvelous job capturing it and presenting it. A job well done!
Stunning work! 5!
Awesome capture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great picture ! Very nice tree silhouette
Very beautiful light and mood. The tree silhouette looks fantastic. Excellent shot!
It was worth waiting for, excellent capture Carin, I hope you get a fix quick, I know what its like to be without regular injections of RR, I was suffering for four weeks when my computer whent boom. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
Excellent capture :)
a beautiful and interesting silhouette against a warm sky - good job on waiting too. I'd have been tempted to boost the saturation maybe but then I seem to be a bit of a colour junkie ;) nice job

it clearly was worthwhile waiting for. prachtig.
Fantastic light and mood.Wonderful capture.
Wow Carin, what a beautiful picture. I love the many-branched silhouetted tree and the pale sun. You captured it just right. You know, nowadays it is much cheaper to take sunset pictures than when we used film. I spent many times an entire roll of film on one sunset, because one never knows how it is going to look 2 or 3 minutes later. This is perfect, Sig...
Worth your wait Carin, its beautiful.
Waiting for the sun to shift was an excellent idea. Sunsets bring back beautiful memories.
I think the wait was worth it. The sky colour is beautiful shinning over the vegitation well. The tree holds the sun close. Looks brilliant
Well done, Carin! Hope your eye and the sensor handled it without any sun-spots! We are truly blessed in this land of ours - a fact we often forget. Cheers, Clive
Excellent work :)
