> Ayant bu des mers entières, nous restons tout étonnés
> que nos lèvres soient encore aussi sèches que des plages,
> Et toujours cherchons la mer pour les y tremper sans voir
> que nos lèvres sont les plages et que nous sommes la mer.
Traduction :
Having drunk whole seas, we remain very astonished
that our lips are still as dry as beaches,
And we're always seeking the sea for soaking our lips there without seeing
that our lips are like beaches and that we are the sea.
