Description
Paris. Louvre. Well, I like looking upwards at the ceilings. This is interesting. At the center Napoleon III (who doesn't seem to have suffered from an inferiority complex) and all around the great builders. I think I recognize Saint Louis (was that XI?) and a cathedral, Francis I and a castle (but it doesn't look as Fointainbleau), Louis XVI (should be Versailles in the background, but maybe it's something else) and Napoleon I with the Arc de Triomphe

Nice shot.
Excellent pov and stupendous perspective of this ceiling at 'Le Louvre' that I've so far never visited, alas. Your capture is a wonderful history lesson :-)
Fantastic capture.
Great perspective and astonishing apparent symmetry until one looks closer.
