HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JEFF!
I hope you have a wonderful day, my friend!
I know the fire trucks in England are called Dennis. This one appears to be called Lynnwood, although since that's the name of the town this fire station is in, I believe that information is suspect. I would give you loads of information about this truck, but I haven't the vaguest idea. Knowing it was Jeff's birthday this week, I stopped at the fire station on Wednesday afternoon and took a few pictures. Nobody was around to ask, or I would have taken some macros of some of the more interesting bits. I didn't like to bother them, and I certainly wasn't going to creep right up to that truck without permission! Sneakiness has its limits. :)

Great colour and detail. Dennis? Happy BD, Jeff!
We here in Germany can only dream about those fine engines like these. In my country everything must be only functional, with clear lines and strong. All that works well, but all these things are a little boring and sleepy.... Ours are functional, but these engine above is for the heart!! Thanks for sharing this with us, auntietk! A good present for our birthday child...
