Each spring, college kids who row competitively come from all over to train at a lake nearby.
Later in the year, events will be held on the same location.
These girls are returning to dock after a strenuous morning workout.
I was out looking for an osprey but no birds other than these were there.

I have a spot near us that has the college team practicing each morning. It is great to seen them zip across the water - stroke!stroke! :-) There's a very nice team spirit in this shot.
I can almost feel sympathy aches in my muscles! Poor tired birds...I love the panaramic display. Very nicely done.
Wonderful composition and cut
A oportune shot Tom having just watched Oxford just whip Cambridge by 7 lengths in the boatrace here.. Pity about the Osprey not cooperating
